As Founder and CEO of Dev Heebon Consulting Corporation (DHCC) , He is a thought leader always thinking on new ways of working and growing his Client's business.
Dev has over 15 years of leadership experience including digital transformation, strategic planning, enterprise system implementation and new business development. Across technology, manufacturing and energy sectors, he has effectively helped build companies and lead change in large organizations. His extensive multi-functional and multi-cultural experiences across geographies include managing operations, and digital transformation for a range of global companies like IBM.
Dev speaks Tamil ,Hindi and Korean. Dev received an MBA with a concentration in international business from Ajou University, South Korea and resides in Canada with his wife, daughter and son. His broad international experience includes time living and working in South Korea, Middle East and United States. He enjoys boxing, outdoor sports, and traveling.

As CEO and founder of Project Management by Professionals, Ltd., his driving motivation is continual improvement through training and consulting to assist clients.
Al has over 40 years of experience in project management, both before retirement from corporate American as the IBM Director of Development for Point of Sale and Automated Teller Machine product lines and since forming his current company. Has conducted training and consulting engagements in Dubai, Kenya, Ethiopia, Australia, Canada, Puerto Rico and throughout Europe and the United States. These engagements have been for both general corporations and training companies as well as government organizations including the United Nations group responsible for improvement of women’s ability to succeed in executive positions. He was selected by the Project Management Institute to be a presenter at two Global Congresses. First for the North American Congress (Los Angeles) and the second for the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) Congress in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Al speaks conversational German as a second language and lived and worked in Germany for over 9 years. He was a competitive (Olympic Style) weightlifter and played professional baseball in Europe. He enjoys golf and family life with his wife and five daughters.
